SERVICES
DESIGN ENGINEERING

Our team of experienced design engineers have a broad range of experience as well as manufacturing and materials knowledge that can be applied to a wide range of projects. Using this experience, we take our client’s visions and turn them into a reality.
PRODUCT REMANUFACTURING
​
Using 3D scanning technology and post processing capabilities we offer a complete product re-manufacturing service. Using a sample part and we can scan, process, model and manufacture a wide variety of components that may no longer be available or difficult to source.
PRODUCT VALIDATION
Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) product designs go through a stringent level of validation prior to manufacture. Products are then physically tested, usually in house with a variety of pass criteria specific to each project.
PRODUCT SUPPLY

Following the concept and design stages of a product lifecycle we can use our established supply chain and in house assembly and test capabilities to provide complete product supply solutions. All our suppliers work within a minimum of ISO9001.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

As specialists in lightweight structural components and with a wealth of experience working across multiple market sectors, we are very well placed to help develop a product with a specific set of goals. This could include alternative materials to reduce mass, or a change in geometry.
CONSULTANCY

With over 40 years’ experience in the Motorsport / High performance OEM sector we offer a consultancy service to support engineering teams with their challenges. Specifically, we specialise in brake systems with extensive experience with the top levels of motorsport spanning decades. If we can help, we will, if we can’t we’ll tell you.
PRODUCT OPTIMISATION

Using topology optimisation software, we design efficiently from the very start of a project to help establish the optimum geometry for a given load case utilising all of the available installation space. This saves time and costs in the product development phase as you are far more likely to achieve the desired result first time.
