OFTEN PARTS BECOME UNAVAILABLE FROM THE OEM MANUFACTURER, WE CAN REMANUFACTURE THESE PARTS TO AN OEM OR BETTER QUALITY IN PRACTICALLY ANY VOLUMES DEPENDING ON REQUIREMENTS. WE HAVE AN EXPANSIVE SUPPLY CHAIN THAT ALLOWS US TO REPRODUCE COMPONENTS EXACTLY AS THEY WERE FIRST DESIGNED.
3D SCANNING.
Depending in the complexity of the component that needs to be re-engineered, we recommend 3D scanning to ensure maximum accuracy is achieved.
However, not all components require this level of accuracy and more traditional measuring techniques can be used.
We have great technical partners that provide us with all our 3D scanning needs. This, coupled with ability to work with point cloud data in a raw format enable us to generate models accurately and quickly.
DESIGN ENGINEERING.
Once we have the raw data through direct measurement, 3D scanning or often a combination of both, we can start producing CAD data and engineering drawings.
We have in house capabilities to work with raw scan data and manipulate the mesh data prior to CAD import.
Following mesh clean up and import we can create an accurate 3D model of the component and if necessary, validate the component through FEA.
