DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURE.

A vital part of any product development process is ensuring the design is suitable for manufacture. Our engineers have worked with a huge variety of materials coupled with a vast array of manufacturing techniques giving us a very wide scope to help ensure any product design is appropriately designed considering materials, manufacturing process and any post processing required.

Using industry leading software, we can optimise existing products and designs to achieve many improvements depending on the customers requirements. This could be mass, volume or displacement, among other things.

MATERIAL SELECTION.

With experience in Formula One as well as many other top-level racing categories our engineers have been exposed to a host of ‘exotic’ materials, often having to find a way around their limitations with manufacturing as well as the utilising the benefits of various surface treatments to further enhance performance.

Similarly, we have a broad experience working with a wide range of aluminium alloys, cast iron and ferrous alloys.
